We know scents can be very subjective and while we do our best to only pick out the absolute best scents we can find, sometimes you might get one you just don’t enjoy. If that’s the case, just contact us and explain what it is you don’t like about the scent, and we will send you out a different option free of charge. You can do this up to twice in a 12 month period.
Please triple check your purchase orders and order carefully.
Kasaroma reserves the right to offer only exchanges or store credit (not refunds) on products that were, for whatever reason, incorrectly ordered or wrong – always at its absolute discretion.
Should you receive a damaged, perished or incorrect item in your box please contact Kasaroma within 5 business days of delivery via email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Kasaroma does not accept returns of boxes except as detailed below.
All products are checked for quality prior to delivery and while Kasaroma endeavours to ensure that the contents is delivered to you in good condition, they may be damaged during delivery. You accept that the boxes are handed over to a third-party for delivery. Kasaroma accepts no responsibility of damage made during delivery. If you intend to seek a replacement box or product you must send through a photograph showing any damage to Kasaroma for assessment. If Kasaroma assesses the damage and agrees to replace the box or product, you may return the damaged box or product (at your own cost) to the address noted in these Terms. We will replace the box and/or product as soon as practical.
SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS
The subscription boxes automatically renew each month until cancelled through the Kasaroma website. Your payment will come out on the same day of the month you made your original order, or as close to as possible if made at the end of a month. Unless a subscription is cancelled at least 2 days before the next billing date or subsequent subscription period, the subscription automatically renews for a further subscription period and you will be charged the same price.
Once an order for a subscription is confirmed and paid, Kasaroma will not provide a refund of the subscription price unless Kasaroma cancels or is unable to fulfil your order, in which case, we will provide a full refund of the whole or part of the subscription price depending on whether you have previously received boxes during your subscription.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
